My name is Jessica and I would like to introduce you to the real Saudi Arabia through this website. We would like to tell you more about us.

My (Jessica) journey of discovery through the Middle East began in 2011. A journey characterized by special encounters, rich cuisine and many natural and cultural highlights.

I have lived in the United Arab Emirates since 2011, and since 2013, I have spoken with many people from Saudi Arabia who were either on vacation in the UAE or there for business, and they enthusiastically shared with me what Saudi Arabia has to offer. With each conversation, my interest in Saudi Arabia grew. Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit Saudi Arabia as a tourist before 2019, but I kept an eye on the news, hoping to one day go there and see the most undiscovered country in the world with my own eyes. Since the fall of 2019, Saudi Arabia has been accessible with a tourist visa. I did not hesitate for a moment and, as one of the first Dutch people, managed to obtain a tourist visa and immediately made a two-week visit to the country.

From then on, my interest in and enthusiasm for Saudi Arabia has continued to grow. Every time I am surprised by the kingdom's great hospitality, breathtaking landscapes, rich culture and ambitious vision. When I visit Saudi Arabia I like to visit the well-known cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah and AlUla, and more and more often I try to take a trip to lesser-known places such as Medina and the green and colorful provinces of Aseer and Al Baha.

I run saoediarabie.nl together with Gábor Margés. Gábor was born in Djedda, Saudi Arabia and has been working in the travel industry for 15 years. He has extensive expertise in organizing tours and was responsible for the promotion of Saudi Arabia in the Benelux for three years on behalf of the Tourist Board of Saudi Arabia. Gábor knows the country like no other and has an extensive network, which enhances the quality and unique experience of your trip.
