You arrive in a hidden valley, which gives you access to the hotel. The architecture stretches over 30,000 square meters of land. At Nyra, under the guidance of the renowned Turkish farm-to-table chef Osman Sezener, the open kitchen showcases traditional methods with cooking over wood fire and traditional smoking of dishes, resulting in a menu rich in flavor and texture that celebrates the bounty of land and sea.
