We cannot deny that the past four months have been particularly difficult for us. On February 28, our business—and with it, our passion—came to an abrupt halt. Although the number of bookings declined, we are grateful that we had to cancel virtually no trips and that no travelers had to be repatriated.
The United States and Iran have signed a preliminary agreement (memorandum of understanding) to end their recent conflict. This document was signed by President Donald Trump and Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammed Bagher Ghalibaf. Now that they have signed this agreement, we are once again looking to the future with confidence. One thing we know for sure: Saudi Arabia and Oman remain two of the most fascinating and diverse travel destinations in the Middle East.
Oman is the perfect complement to Saudi Arabia, but the country also has everything it takes to be discovered as a destination in its own right. What’s more, our travelers were increasingly asking us whether both countries could be combined into a single memorable tour. Thanks to the excellent flight connections between Medina, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Muscat, the decision was an easy one: Oman was added as a new destination to our lineup.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently updated its travel advisory for Saudi Arabia and Oman from orange to yellow. As a result, it is once again safe to travel through both countries.
We look forward to introducing you to the unparalleled beauty, hospitality, and culture of this extraordinary region.
